Return / Exchange Policy (Shirt / Pant)

For any return or exchange due to a valid reason, the customer must inform us via WhatsApp Message.

To be eligible, the product must be in original condition with all tags intact.

Once our admin team acknowledges and confirms the request, the customer must courier the product at their own cost.

If the product passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Important Guidelines:
* Product must pass quality inspection after return
* Exchange allowed only once & subject to stock availability
* Exchange item must be of equal or higher value
* No return/exchange for sale items, BOGO, special offers, or promotional products
* Plus size items (3XL & above) are non-returnable & non-exchangeable
* No return/exchange for orders from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands
* COD and Prepaid orders refused at delivery will not be eligible for refund/reshipment
* Do not accept tampered/damaged parcels & record unboxing video for proof (mandatory for claims)

Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For size-related issues, only one-time exchange is offered, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Once our admin team acknowledges and confirms the request, the customer must courier the product at their own cost.

After the product is received at our store and passes the quality check, the refund or exchange will be processed as per policy.

Important:
* Customized, made-to-order, or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange
