Return & Exchange Policy

  • Please note that Exchange or Refund will NOT be made unless there is a defect or difference from its description.

  • No Return, No Refund policy for all our products.
  • Any Size issues, damaged or defective items will be exchanged. Customers seeking to return an item must notify Mahavir Design Studio within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
    the product/s are returned after use
    the products are damaged
    the products do not have all the tags

  • If you choose to exchange item purchased from our site, for any other item of the same or different value from our site. In such case, if exchanged item is of the higher value only, differences in amount will be charged to you.

  • Once your request is approved, you will be sent a return shipping label. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will exchange your item for a new one. We cannot guarantee that a specific item will be in stock, and the customer may have to choose a different size or style if the original is no longer available.
