Refund and Exchange
* We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, product(s) must be in their original condition with all tags intact.
* COD Orders: If the product(s) passes the quality check once it reaches our warehouse, the refund will be issue in online store credit, which will be sent to your registered email or SMS or WhatsApp.
* Prepaid Orders: If the product(s) passes the quality check once it reaches our warehouse, the refund will be initiated . It should be credited to your payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
* For a smooth return and instant exchange process, please note that all product(s) must pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup.
* A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
* Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
* Incase you return the product after an exchange, additional 150 rupees would be deducted from the refund.
* Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
* Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.
* If you wish to exchange your purchase, the new item must be of equal or higher value than the original item
* We strongly recommend recording a video while you open/unpack your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact. This video serves as your proof in case of missing/damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, returns and refunds cannot be processed.
* Product(s) purchased during clearance sale, BOGO offers, exclusive discounts on products, brand collaboration promotions, or any activity/event/campaign with a free product(s) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
* PLUS SIZES EXCEPTION. PLEASE NOTE: We follow a make-to-order policy for plus sizes ( 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, etc ). They are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This helps us contribute to our zero-waste initiatives.

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
